Job Description:
Responsible for full lifecycle of IT, Supply Chain, and Finance recruitment and hiring activities: in-depth sourcing and workforce planning for critical hard to fill areas of talent, consulting with key stakeholders and partnering in long term sourcing initiatives, coordination of interviews, arranging travel, maintaining clear lines of communication, advising on “hire for fit” initiatives, leading offer discussions according to established guidelines, and facilitating the on-boarding process. Provides a high level of customer service by consulting with and guiding hiring leadership and building relationships with a variety of external sources such as community entities and educational facilities.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in related field; or equivalent knowledge and skills obtained through a combination of education, training and experience.
- PHR, SPHR certification preferred.
Experience:
- Four years recruiting experience, preferably in a healthcare field
- Experience recruiting for critical hard to fill positions with a variety of operational support areas required.
- Experience recruiting for critical hard to fill positions with a variety of clinical areas preferred.
- Experience using various sourcing techniques using the Internet, advertising, networking and community resources
Skills/Knowledge/Abilities:
- Knowledge of full lifecycle recruitment process including knowledge of “Hire for Fit” interview and selection process
- Comprehensive knowledge of laws, acts and regulations associated with employment laws and their application to recruitment processes and transactions
- Basic knowledge of labor unions, and human resource functional areas
- Proficient in the use of MS Office applications (Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint) required.
- In-depth level of understanding of service level agreements
- Ability to deliver high levels of customer service when dealing with positions that require multiple months to fill.
