Job Description:
An excellent opportunity for a HR Project Manager at OHSU.
The HR Project Manager is responsible for the planning, coordination, implementation, execution, control and completion of the recruitment, hiring, onboarding and training needs for OHSU’s growth in specific clinical areas at the Center for Health & Healing 2 building (CHH 2). The HR Project Manager will ensure alignment with overall OHSU Human Resources strategy, initiatives and best practices. The HR Project Manager will partner with leaders and other stakeholders across the Healthcare Mission to ensure OHSU has developed strong pipelines of candidates for key clinical areas.
Key Responsibilities:
The HR Project Manager will be responsible for the development and management of project documents, plans, reports and related communications, along with coordinating and facilitating meetings, documenting meeting minutes and action items and tracking completion of action items. The HR Project Manager will develop and subsequently execute the comprehensive HR Project Plan for CHH 2 and will develop the project budget. S/he will identify and propose opportunities for improved efficiency in the recruitment and hiring process for this large scale project. The HR Project Manager will work collaboratively with all areas within HR to ensure timely recruitment, hiring, onboarding and training of the needed staff by the required timelines and ensure a positive new hire experience.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or relevant field, or equivalent combination of education, experience and training
Experience leading and managing at least two (2) large scale human resources projects for a large organization (i.e. implementation of a managed service provider-contingent staffing/vendor management, implementation of an applicant tracking system)
5 years progressively responsible experience that included experience developing recruitment strategies for had to fill roles; experience developing candidate pipelines, launching initiatives, marketing/social media campaigns for large, complex organizations
Project Management experience
Prefer candidates with corporate recruiting experience, focusing on healthcare/nursing positions. Also prefer candidates with human resources certification.
