This Full-time position is benefit eligible.
Responsibilities:
Under limited supervision, this position is responsible for the recruitment, interviewing, onboarding, and placement of candidates for leadership, professional, clinical, and support services. This role consults with hiring managers as it relates to recruitment and staffing issues and coaches hiring managers on legal requirements and the selection process. This role uses sourcing techniques to identify candidates, develops network industry contacts, arranges and hosts site visits, monitors workforce market trends, and prepares reports and metrics. Additionally, this position is expected to assist in HR areas outside of recruitment, requiring program development and special projects as needed. This position is not remote. Scheduled hours will occur Monday-Friday, with occasional weekend or evening hours for career events or site visits.
Qualifications:
Bachelors Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field, or equivalent applicable experience, is required
Experience:
- Minimum two years of recruiting experience, preferable in healthcare to include behavioral-based interviewing and assessing candidates, advertising design and placement and development of proactive sourcing strategies
- Experience in a fast paced, high volume recruitment function, is preferred
- Experience utilizing ATS and HRIS systems (data management, running reports. ect.) is preferred
Skills/Knowledge/Abilities:
- Positive communications skills (in-person, verbal and written) to interact effectively with all levels of employees and candidates
- Excellent planning, organization, attention to detail, and multi-tasking skills
- Ability to analyze and trend employment data
- Working knowledge of a variety of HR functional areas with emphasis on EEOC requirements, state labor laws, immigration requirements, and ADA/ADAAA
- Strong negotiation, presentation and public relations/public speaking skills
- Also, this role requires strong computer and technology skills to utilize a variety of programs and systems (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, iCIMS ATS, HRIS, Internet and many more)
