To be successful in this role you will wear many hats. As a resourceful researcher, savvy socialite, and influential partner, you will guide our candidates and hiring managers through the full life-cycle of the recruiting process. You will work well independently as well as collaboratively, and maintain a positive, professional demeanor while prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.
What you’ll need:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources preferred, or the equivalent combination of eight (8) years of education, training and experience that includes strong working knowledge in all full lifecycle recruiting
- Two years relevant in-house recruiting professional experience required.
- PHR or SPHR certification preferred.
