POSITION SUMMARY
The Recruiter serves as the subject matter expert on all recruiting needs for Prestige including planning,
developing, and implementing recruitment strategies. This position will partner with central support,
regional and field staff to identify and hire the best qualified candidates for the assigned positions.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include but are not limited to the following:
- Execution of the full lifecycle recruitment process (i.e. job posting, sourcing, phone screening,
interviewing, offer stage, on boarding, and regular communication with candidates and
managers, etc.) including administration of the applicant tracking system. - Provide compelling information to candidates about the Prestige culture, values, and specific
career opportunity. - Qualify candidates for cultural, financial and experience fit, utilizing assessments and behavioral
based approach. Provide continued training and education to business leaders on hiring
candidates for fit. - Manage the progress of assigned job vacancies, including the posting of job vacancies at the
best performing recruitment channels based upon analysis of candidate responses, quality of
candidates and costs. - Generate and foster new recruitment channels for internal and external talent, including
relationships with colleges, universities, and local communities. - Identify and develop new recruitment channels, providing recommendations to the Vice
President of Human Resources. - Execution of the recruitment social media communication using approved Marketing and HR
principles. - Monitor the job market and prepares analyses and summaries of market movement for
assigned positions on a periodic basis. - Prepare and adhere to quarterly and annual recruitment plans and associated budget.
- Provide consultative and education services to hiring managers in relation to recruitment
practices and policies. - Routinely generate reports and analysis on candidate tracking and company retention and
turnover reports. Contribute to monthly HR recruitment dashboard. - Meet established talent acquisition metrics.
- Responsible for ensuring company-wide compliance with local, state and federal laws and
standard operating procedures of the full cycle recruitment process. - Exemplifies the Core Values of Prestige within self and team.
- Other job duties and special projects as assigned.
COMPANY WIDE RESPONSIBILITIES
- Supports a dignified and caring atmosphere with Central Support staff and field staff. All
information obtained in the field, or at Central Support, is kept strictly confidential. - Protects privacy and confidentiality of information pertaining to all Prestige residents and
employees
QUALIFICATIONS
- Previous healthcare recruitment experience, with one year of long term care experience
preferred. - Four years of experience in recruitment with multi-site coverage preferred.
- Proven ability to evaluate and screen candidates for open positions.
- Strong project management skills and experience with Applicant tracking systems, HRIS and
applications. - Thorough understanding of Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) guidelines
preferred.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
- A Bachelor degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
