As a Recruiter for Clinical Talent you will:
- Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract, screen and hire exceptional healthcare professionals.
- Build networks and relationships with qualified nurses, CNAs, CMAs, nurse practitioners, physician assistants and industry contacts to gain industry knowledge, and referrals for opportunities in Oregon, California and Nevada.
- Partner with facilities and other business units requiring clinical recruiting support to identify and hire the best qualified candidates.
- Execute outbound calls to potential candidates to effectively build a strong pipeline.
- Encourage diversity and inclusiveness in our recruiting strategies.
- Exceed established recruiting metrics goals.
- Qualify candidates for experience, Marquis Culture, and motivation to serve.
- Generate and nurture new recruitment channels for internal and external talent, including relationships with colleges, universities and local communities.
- Share best practices to build the team and be open to new ideas.
- Provide convincing evidence to quality candidates regarding Marquis values, benefits and career opportunities.
- Execute full life cycle recruiting (posting, sourcing, phone screening, interviewing, negotiate and send offers, on boarding and prompt and consistent communication with candidates and managers with the use of the applicant tracking system.
- Routinely generate reports and analysis on candidate tracking and company retention and turnover reports. Contribute to monthly recruitment dashboard.

Qualifications:
Clinical Recruiters will qualify with the following:
- 2+ years of Clinical Recruiting – nurses, NP, PA, CNAs in a healthcare business or agency.
- Strong motivation to make a positive impact.
- Knowledge of industry trends in nursing and related occupations globally and within their market segment to identify immediate opportunities.
- Demonstrated success developing and executing strategic sourcing and networking techniques. An understanding of the factors that impact talent supply.
- Experience leveraging an enterprise-level applicant tracking system to (e.g. Taleo, iCIMs, PeopleSoft, ADP, etc.).
